Prospective buyers and lessees must undertake their own enquiries and obtain independent technical, legal and financial advice before proceeding.

Southern Rotor does not guarantee:

• That an aircraft will sell, be acquired or be successfully leased
• That a particular price or valuation will be achieved
• That a buyer, seller, owner, operator or service provider will complete a transaction
• That finance, insurance, regulatory approval or operational approval will be available
• That an aircraft will be suitable for a particular use
• That negotiations, inspections, delivery or settlement will occur within a particular timeframe

Any indicative value, market commentary, estimate or opinion is subject to the information available at the relevant time and should not be treated as a guaranteed outcome.

Southern Rotor may introduce or coordinate third-party service providers, including engineers, maintenance organisations, pilots, instructors, legal advisers, insurers, finance providers, freight providers and logistics specialists.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

• Third-party providers operate independently from Southern Rotor
• Southern Rotor does not control how those providers perform their services
• An introduction is not a warranty or endorsement of a provider’s work
• The client is responsible for deciding whether to engage the provider
• The provider’s own engagement terms, fees and liability arrangements will apply

You should satisfy yourself that any provider has the qualifications, approvals, experience, insurance and capability required for the proposed work.
